Babybarn aids parents in this effort through our circular method for reusing baby products, significantly reducing the need for raw materials and production processes across the entire chain while greatly reducing the final waste output.
Furthermore, we prioritize sustainability in the materials used by our partners and products, emphasizing easy reusability and repairability whenever possible.
1. Discover our collections and choose the products you want to rent.
Simply browse our categories, select the desired rental period and start date using the filter at the top of the page, select your desired items and proceed to checkout. We'll take care of the rest!
If a product is currently out of stock or if you need a different rental period, don't hesitate to get in touch with us! Our team is here to assist you in finding the best solution for your needs.
Tip: Group all products with the same rental period and start date into one order. (technical constraint at the moment)
2. Receive the products on the start date you've chosen, or opt for home delivery.
At checkout, you can choose how you want to pick up/return the products. You can either pick up the products for free at our warehouse or have them delivered to your home/parcel shop. Additionally, you can opt for our VIP delivery service, where all items are delivered and assembled at your residence in Belgium. After the rental period expires, they will be disassembled and collected by Babybarn. No worries, we've got this!
Tip: The rental period begins either when you pick up the products or when we dispatch them.
3. Return the products easily and free of charge.
At checkout, you indicated your preferred method for picking up and returning the products. A few days before the end of your rental period, you will receive an email from us.
- If you have chosen to return the products to our warehouse, we will schedule a time with you.
- If you have opted for shipping via a Parcel Shop, you will receive a return label with instructions via email.
- If you have chosen the VIP service, we will contact you via email to arrange a pickup time.
Our products are thoroughly inspected and cleaned by Babybarn before they are sent to another family. We do not expect deep cleaning from you, but we do ask that you return the products clean and in good condition.
